1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using GSC Dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
GSC Dashboard is software operated by Hazcott Limited (company number 16867197). The app connects to your Google Search Console account (with your permission) and displays performance data, insights, widgets, PDF reports, and shortcuts to Search Console web tools.

3. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for any Google or Apple accounts you use and for ensuring you are authorized to access each Search Console property you connect.
4. Third-Party Services
The app relies on Google Search Console, Google Sign-In, Apple App Store services, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies.
GSC Dashboard is an independent app and is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Google LLC unless expressly stated.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use the app lawfully. You must not:
- access data you are not authorized to view,
- interfere with or reverse engineer the app,
- misuse OAuth tokens or Search Console data,
- violate Apple, Google, or applicable law, or
- bypass Pro entitlement checks.
6. Free Features, Pro, and Billing
The free tier includes one Search Console property, core analytics, PDF report generation, and a widget for your first property. Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks multiple properties and additional widgets.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple's App Store terms. You may restore purchases through the app where supported.
7. PDF Reports
PDF reports are generated on your device from Search Console data you authorize. You are responsible for how you share exported reports and for ensuring recipients may lawfully receive that information.
8. Data Accuracy and Availability
Data is supplied by Google and cached locally. We do not guarantee completeness, real-time accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. API limits, permission changes, or Google processing delays may affect what you see.
9. Intellectual Property
The app and our branding remain our property. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app or our intellectual property.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend features if required by law, platform policy, or misuse.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hazcott Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the app.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
